Transition Management for Outsourcing of Mobile Networks Operation

In case of Joint Ventures or Mergers Organizations need to join or take over. This circumstances require a detail Transition Planning for a proper preparation of Service Delivery. In parallel of the Transfer of the major items the new Organization needs to be ramped up and to be ready on "Day ONE".
